Moscow demands nerve agent sample
Moscow 'not to blame' for attack, Russian foreign minister says
Russia has demanded access to samples of the nerve agent which poisoned former spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter, the country's foreign minister has said.
Sergei Lavrov said Russia "is not to blame" for the attack in Salisbury.
He said the British government had refused to provide Moscow access to materials related to the case.
